I’m an active researcher the field of
bioinformatics specializing in molecular evolution.
My research explores the evolutionary dynamics of genes, with
a strong focus on computational molecular evolution.
I am a firm believer in reproducible open science and supporter
of Open Science movement. All my my data and code accessible through GitHub.
As an Editorial Board Member at PLOS ONE and Discover Applied Sciences,
I actively contribute to advancing open access scientific publishing.
I’m also a member of the Open Bioinformatics Foundation (OBF).
